This project focused on building the personal brand of Masiely Abreu, an experienced sonographer with over 10 years of running her own mobile clinic (Concierge Diagnostics). Her clinic provides in-home ultrasounds, lab services, and medical consultations, giving her both the technical knowledge and real-world experience to position herself as a trusted expert in her field.
The goal was to establish her as the leading voice for sonographers in the United States who want to create their own mobile ultrasound businesses from scratch. Unlike competitors offering similar programs, Masiely has both the academic background and the hands-on experience as a practicing sonographer, giving her a clear advantage and credibility in the niche.
The project was designed in phases. First, we created her personal brand identity and developed awareness through a consistent content strategy of carousels, static posts, and videos. Next, we built a funnel in ClickFunnels to capture leads, starting with a landing page where visitors could sign up to receive free e-book.
An e-book was created as the initial lead magnet, covering the general steps to starting a mobile ultrasound clinic. Additional resources and documents were sent through email sequences to provide more value and keep leads engaged. The content also encouraged people to book a free 15-minute call with Masiely, allowing direct connection and trust-building.
The strategy was clear: Move leads from cold to warm by offering genuine value, grow her audience through content and social proof, and ultimately prepare the ground for launching a paid course.
