This project focused on creating an email marketing campaign for Concierge Diagnostic clinic in Miami that offers services both to individual patients and to other clinics. The clinic provides access to ultrasound, teleradiology, and laboratory services, allowing partner clinics to expand their offerings without the need to operate these services in-house.
The campaign was structured around a sequence of 8 emails, carefully segmented into three audiences:
Patients: Emails focused on raising awareness of the clinic’s services, building trust, and encouraging appointment bookings.
Affiliate Partners: Content designed to highlight the benefits of outsourcing ultrasound, teleradiology and lab services, showing how collaboration could improve their operations and save resources.
Warm Leads: Tailored messages aimed at converting potential customers who had already interacted with the clinic into active clients.
Each email was written using professional yet accessible copywriting, balancing sales techniques with clear and relatable language. The goal was to ensure that messages were persuasive without being overwhelming. Topics were chosen to genuinely capture attention while addressing the specific needs and motivations of each group.
Every email included a clear call to action, whether to schedule an appointment, enhance current contracted services, or try one of the clinic’s main offerings.
The strategy provided measurable results, with stronger engagement across all three segments and increased conversions for both patients and partner clinics.
